Once again thank you all for your professionalism and for staying informed as we work through this very fluid and unprecedented situation. As per Dr. Szumlas message, staff may choose to work from home or proceed to your work site while practicing appropriate social distancing practices.
Please continue to work/communicate with your principal and other colleagues to support each other during this transitional period. Remember that your principal may need to contact you in order to support our students and their learning. In addition, school administrators are receiving daily updates to pass on to staff.
We at the Local 55 office are working on your behalf, answering members’ questions and concerns throughout this turbulent time. The staff here will continue to support you as best as we can, your patience is appreciated and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
